English feedback about this Kindwise agent trial (MCP/REST), not about a single identification. Kindwise uses it to make the trial easier for agents. Does not consume the identification quota. Cap: 40 notes per IP per 24 hours.

  - `rating` number: How easy this trial was to use as an agent (0–5).
  - `called_identify` boolean
  - `had_image` boolean
  - `client_name` string
