# Discard an email draft

`DELETE /api/v1/inbox/drafts/{draftId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.khotan.com`
- URL: `https://app.khotan.com/api/v1/inbox/drafts/{draftId}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `x-api-key`

Deletes an unsent draft from the workspace inbox, so it can never be sent.

## Path parameters

- `draftId` string, required

## Response `204`

The draft was discarded.

## Other responses

- `401`: Authentication is missing or invalid.
- `403`: The caller is not permitted to perform this action.
- `404`: The resource was not found.
- `429`: Too many requests; retry after the indicated delay.
