# List current legal documents for an audience

`GET /v1/legal/documents`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.prod.keyban.io`
- URL: `https://api.prod.keyban.io/v1/legal/documents`
- Auth: `X-Api-Key` (a scheme the document does not define)

## Query parameters

- `audience` 'company' | 'individual', required

## Response `200`

- LegalDocumentListDto
  - `data` object[], required
    - `document` 'cgu' | 'cgv' | 'marketing' | 'cgs', required: Legal document identified, one of the LegalDocument enum values.
    - `audience` 'company' | 'individual', required: Billing identity the document applies to — company and individual terms differ.
    - `version` string, date, required: Current published version of the document, as its publication date (ISO 8601 date-only, YYYY-MM-DD).
    - `url` string, uri, required: Absolute HTTPS URL where the full document text is published.
    - `required` boolean, required: Whether this document must be accepted at its current version to complete onboarding (CGU, CGV) — false for opt-in documents (marketing).
