# Create a secondary market offer

`POST /v1/invest/offers`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.prod.keyban.io`
- URL: `https://api.prod.keyban.io/v1/invest/offers`
- Auth: `bearer` (a scheme the document does not define)

Create a buy or sell offer on the secondary market. For sell offers, lockup periods and share balance are verified.

## Request body

- CreateInvestOfferDto
  - `fund` string, uuid, required: The unique identifier of the investment fund
  - `identity` string, uuid, required: The unique identifier of the investor identity
  - `type` 'BUY' | 'SELL', required: Direction of the offer on the secondary market. `BUY` indicates the investor is looking to purchase shares; `SELL` indicates they are offering shares for sale.
  - `shares` integer, required: Number of shares offered
  - `price` number, required: Unit price per share

Offer created successfully

  - `currency` 'EUR' | 'USD', required: Currency of the offer
  - `expiresAt` string, date-time, required: Expiration date of the offer
