# Download passport QR code

`GET /v1/dpp/passports/{id}/qr-code`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.prod.keyban.io`
- URL: `https://api.prod.keyban.io/v1/dpp/passports/{id}/qr-code`
- Auth: API key in header `X-Api-Key`

Generate a QR code encoding the public passport URL. Returns the image as a binary attachment. The passport must be published or claimed (409 otherwise).

## Path parameters

- `id` string, uuid, required

## Query parameters

- `format` 'png' | 'svg'

## Response `200`

QR code generated successfully

## Other responses

- `409`: Passport is not published — no QR code can be generated
