# Mint a read-only follower API key for an agent wallet

`POST /v1/agent-wallets/{walletId}/follower-keys`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.prod.keyban.io`
- URL: `https://api.prod.keyban.io/v1/agent-wallets/{walletId}/follower-keys`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-Api-Key`
  - `bearer` (a scheme the document does not define)

Creates an organization-scoped API key restricted to `agentWallet: ['read']`, bound to this wallet via metadata. Hand the returned key to a regular HTTP script to follow the wallet read-only (budget consumption + payment history) — e.g. GET /v1/agent-wallets/expenses/stats and /expenses/transactions. The plaintext `key` is returned ONCE and never again; store it now.

- CreateFollowerKeyRequestDto
  - `name` string, required: Human-readable label for the follower key, shown in key listings.

## Response `201`

Follower key created. `key` is shown only in this response.

- FollowerKeyDtoOutput
  - `id` string, uuid, required: Identifier of the follower API key.
  - `key` string, required: Plaintext API key, returned only in this response.
