- `search` string, nullable
- `needs_assessment` boolean, nullable: If true, return only CVEs the auditor has not yet processed (ai_assessed_at IS NULL). NVD-scored CVEs are included so the auditor can enrich them with factors + prose.
- `severity` string, nullable: Filter by effective severity: CRITICAL, HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW
- `cvss_min` number, nullable: Minimum effective CVSS score
- `cvss_max` number, nullable: Maximum effective CVSS score
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer
