`GET /health`

Confirms that the Worker can read the active manifest. This is not a claim that every underlying source is current.

## Headers

- `If-None-Match` string

## Response `200`

Successful JSON response.

- Health
  - `status` 'ok', required
  - `knowledgeVersion` string, required
  - `bundleContentHash` string, required

## Other responses

- `304`: Not modified because If-None-Match matched the current representation.
- `400`: The request contains invalid encoding, control characters, ambiguous parameters or another invalid public input.
- `414`: The complete request URL exceeds 2,048 UTF-8 bytes.
- `429`: The anonymous route-class limit was exceeded at this Cloudflare location. This is not a globally exact quota.
- `503`: The selected knowledge release is not ready at this edge location, or the fail-closed request-protection binding is temporarily unavailable.
