# Reset Development Branch Configuration to Default

`POST /v2/storage/components/{componentId}/configs/{configurationId}/reset-to-default`

## Request

Updates an existing configuration for [Development Branch](#tag/Development-Branches) to a version that is currently in projects default branch.

Only available in development branches.

## Path parameters

- `componentId` string, required
- `configurationId` string, required

## Response `204`

Configuration reset to the default branch version.

## Other responses

- `403`: Token is not allowed to manage the component (`storage.tokens.componentAccessDenied`).
- `404`: Component not found (`storage.component.notFound`).
- `501`: Called on the default branch (`notImplemented`).
