# Regenerate or set a clip's title

`POST /jobs/{id}/clips/{index}/retitle`

## Request

Without title: AI-generates a new title in the clip's language (optional style), drawing one unit from the plan's monthly title-regeneration allowance (429 with 'limit' when used up). With title: saves it as-is, free. Synchronous. Requires write scope.
