AI-written, platform-tailored title / description / hashtags for one clip, in the clip's language, within each platform's character limits (same generator as the dashboard's export modal). Without platform, all 7 platforms. title is empty for caption-only platforms. Nothing is saved or posted; no video quota. Identical requests within an hour are served from cache. Requires write scope.
