`POST handover` (webhook)

Sent when the agent tries to transfer the caller to a human.

## Payload

  - `id` string: Event id
  - `event` 'handover'
  - `created_at` string, date-time
  - `tenant_id` string
  - `call_id` string
  - `data` object
    - `target` string: Transfer destination configured for your tenant
    - `result` 'transferred' | 'failed'
    - `reason` string: Why the agent decided to transfer

## Acknowledgement `200`

Return any 2xx within 10 seconds
