# call.ended

`POST call.ended` (webhook)

Sent once, after the call ends.

## Payload

- object
  - `id` string: Event id
  - `event` 'call.ended'
  - `created_at` string, date-time
  - `tenant_id` string
  - `call_id` string
  - `data` object
    - `status` 'ended' | 'failed' | 'no_answer'
    - `duration_s` integer
    - `outcome` object: Call summary. Ignore fields you do not recognise; more may be added.
      - `transferred` boolean: True if the call was handed to a human

## Acknowledgement `200`

Return any 2xx within 10 seconds
