Serve the page screenshot, optionally resized to *w* pixels wide. Public endpoint.

Omitting ``w`` always returns the capture as stored, which for a page
scan is the full scrollable page (bounded crawler-side), not just the
viewport. Passing ``w`` returns a thumbnail whose height is capped at
2.5x its width, so an over-tall page is cropped to its top region —
fetch without ``w`` when you need the whole page.
