# Set Default Policy Set

`POST /api/v1/policy-sets/{policy_set_id}/set-default`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Mark or clear this set as the organization's default for new campaigns.

At most one owned set may be default. ``is_default: true`` replaces any
previous default; ``false`` leaves the organization without one. A
missing ``policy_set_id`` on campaign create then uses this set
(or stays unbound if none is set). Explicit ``null`` on create still
opts out. Foreign public sets cannot be made default.

## Path parameters

- `policy_set_id` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- SetDefaultPolicySetRequest: Request body for POST /policy-sets/{id}/set-default.
  - `is_default` boolean, required: True makes this the organization's default for new campaigns (clearing any previous default). False clears the flag on this set and leaves the organization without a default.
