# Update Subaccount Netting

`PUT /portfolio/subaccounts/netting`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://external-api.kalshi.com/trade-api/v2`
- URL: `https://external-api.kalshi.com/trade-api/v2/portfolio/subaccounts/netting`
- Auth: API key in header `KALSHI-ACCESS-KEY` and API key in header `KALSHI-ACCESS-SIGNATURE` and API key in header `KALSHI-ACCESS-TIMESTAMP`

Updates the netting enabled setting for a specific subaccount. Use 0 for the primary account, or 1-63 for numbered subaccounts.

## Request body

- UpdateSubaccountNettingRequest
  - `subaccount_number` integer, required: Subaccount number (0 for primary, 1-63 for subaccounts).
  - `enabled` boolean, required: Whether netting is enabled for this subaccount.

## Response `200`

Netting setting updated successfully

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request - invalid input
- `401`: Unauthorized - authentication required
- `500`: Internal server error
