# Disable room

`PUT /v2/rooms/{room_id}/disable`

## Request

Disable a room by its Id.

## Path parameters

- `room_id` string, required

## Request body

- object
  - `disconnect_participants` boolean: Indicates if participants of the room should be disconnect or not.

## Response `200`

- object
  - `id` string: Room id.
  - `message` string: Update message.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Room not found
- `422`: Unprocessable Content
- `429`: Too Many request
