# Update recording setting

`PUT /v2/company/recording-settings`

## Request

Update recording settings of a company.

## Request body

- object
  - `compression` boolean: Indicates if compression should be enabled or not for the recordings.
  - `retention_days` 0 | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 | 9 | 10 | 11 | 12 | 13 | 14 | 15 | 30 | 60 | 90 | 120 | 180 | 365 | 730 | 1095 | 1460 | 1825 | 2190 | 2555 | 2920 | 3285 | 3650: Number of retention days of the recordings.
  - `encryption_key_id` string: Encryption key.

## Response `200`

- object
  - `retention_days` number: Number of retention days.
  - `compression` boolean: Indicates if compression is enabled or not for the recordings.
  - `encryption_key_id` string, nullable: Encryption key id.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Company Recording settings not found
- `422`: Unprocessable Content
- `429`: Too Many request
