# Create chat message

`POST /v2/chats/{channel_id}/messages`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.sandbox.eu.bandyer.com`
- URL: `https://api.sandbox.eu.bandyer.com/v2/chats/{channel_id}/messages`
- Auth: API key in header `apikey`

Send a new message in a specific channel

## Path parameters

- `channel_id` string, required

## Request body

- object
  - `sender` string, required: User id of the sender.
  - `message` string, required: Message body. **This field is treated as PII/PHI**

## Response `201`

Message Send To Channel

- object
  - `id` string: Message id.
  - `channel_id` string: Channel id.
  - `message` string: Message body. **This field is treated as PII/PHI**
  - `sender` string: User id of the sender.
  - `timestamp` string: Message sending time.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Not found
- `422`: Unprocessable Content
- `429`: Too Many request
