Requires membership in every returned firm. Saved source preferences do not establish connector readiness. Training completion is separate from tested customer-route coverage. Also accepts authenticated dashboard sessions.

Firms, source-specific module evidence, review drafts, report scope and nextCursor.

## Other responses

- `401`: Authentication required.
- `403`: Missing scope or membership.
- `503`: Program evidence unavailable.
