# Download the changed-records CSV for a data change

`GET /v5/notifications/workflows/{workflowId}/changes/{changeId}/csv`

Accepts either normal team authentication or a signed link minted for a notification. Pass `latest` as changeId to get the workflow's most recent change, which the settings editor uses as a sample download.
