# Archive template

`DELETE /v4/templates/{templateId}`

## Request

Soft-delete (archive) a template and cascade-unlink any workflows that referenced it.

## Path parameters

- `templateId` string, uuid, required

  - `error` false, required: Error flag (always false on success)
  - `success` true, required: Success flag
  - `message` string, required: Archive confirmation message
  - `unlinkedWorkflowCount` integer, required: Number of workflows unlinked by this archive
