List the scenario levers K-Φ can simulate, with their parameters and defaults: staffing change, cost inflation, AR / AP terms (DSO / DPO), revenue change, capital expenditure, debt / financing, FX rate change, cost optimisation, and a custom GL shock (a % or a monthly amount on chosen GL accounts — e.g. "salaries +10%": type custom, shockType Percentage, shockPct 10, _accounts = the payroll account codes or prefixes from kphi_list_accounts). Call this before kphi_run_scenario or kphi_save_scenario.
