# List all GL versions (data vintages) loaded in this tenant: label, value date, entry count, type (ACTUALS/BUDGET) and status (draft/locked/approved)

List all GL versions (data vintages) loaded in this tenant: label, value date, entry count, type (ACTUALS/BUDGET) and status (draft/locked/approved). latest_revision_of_period marks the newest revision of EACH period (so several versions carry it); newest marks the single most recent one. Use this first, and when more than one version is current, ask the user which one to use: the other tools require version then.
