    - `provider` 'ethoca' | 'verifi', required: The name of the provider that generated the alert
    - `providerAlertId` string, required: A unique alert Identifier set by the provider
    - `alertTimestamp` string, date-time, required: The timestamp when the alert was generated
    - `transaction` object, required
      - `id` string: Unique identifier for the transaction
      - `timestamp` string, date-time: The timestamp when the transaction occurred
      - `amount` number: The transaction amount
      - `currency` string: The transaction currency code (ISO 4217)
      - `card` object
        - `last4` string: Last 4 digits of the card number
        - `bin` string: Bank Identification Number (first 6 digits of the card)
    - `alertType` 'customerdispute_alert' | 'issuer_alert', required: The type of the alert
    - `metadata` object: Additional information related to the alert
