`PUT /pages/{id}/images/{image_id}.json`

## Request

    - `url` string: Complete URL of the image

## Response `200`

OK

    - `id` integer: Unique identifier of the image
    - `url` string: Complete URL of the image

## Other responses

- `404`: Page, Image or `url` not found.
- `422`: The image could not be downloaded or is not a valid image.
