# Rates for fulfillment.

`POST /fulfillments/rates.json`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.jumpseller.com/v1`
- URL: `https://api.jumpseller.com/v1/fulfillments/rates.json`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP basic
  - API key in query parameter `login` and API key in query parameter `authtoken`
  - OAuth 2
    - Authorization code: `https://accounts.jumpseller.com/oauth/authorize`
    - Token URL: `https://accounts.jumpseller.com/oauth/token` scopes: `write_fulfillments`

Estimates the shipping cost with every fulfillment service available in the store country. Use the Order shipping address and products with `order_id`, or send `shipping_address` and `packages_dimensions`. The origin is the `location_id` Location, or `origin_address` when no location is given.

## Request body

- FulfillmentRates
  - `rates` FulfillmentRatesFields
    - `order_id` integer: Id of the Order to ship (optional). Its shipping address and products are used.
    - `location_id` integer: Id of the origin Location from where the shipment is being made. Use `origin_address` instead when not given.
    - `origin_address` object: Origin address, used when `location_id` is not given
      - `country` string: Country code (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2)
      - `region` string: Region code
      - `municipality` string: Municipality code
      - `postal` string: Postal code
    - `shipping_address` ShippingAddress
      - `name` string: Name of the Customer's Shipping Address
      - `surname` string: Surname of the Customer's Shipping Address
      - `address` string: Address of the Customer's Shipping Address
      - `city` string: City of the Customer's Shipping Address
      - `postal` string: Postal code of the Customer's Shipping Address
      - `municipality` string: Municipality of the Customer's Shipping Address
      - `neighbourhood` string: Third level of administrative subdivision of the Customer's Shipping Address used only for some countries (e.g. Mexico)
      - `region` string: Region code of the Customer's Shipping Address (Use the FIPS standard - http://www.geonames.org/countries/)
      - `country` string: Country code of the Customer's Shipping Address (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2)
    - `receiver_email` string: Email of the receiver, used when no `order_id` is given
    - `packages_dimensions` PackagesDimensions[]: Array of packages dimensions to be fulfilled (if empty, products from order will be used in a single package)
      - `length` number, float: Length of the package
      - `width` number, float: Width of the package
      - `height` number, float: Height of the package
      - `weight` number, float: Weight of the package

## Response `200`

OK

- Rate[]
  - `fulfillment_company` string: Fulfillment service of the rate
  - `service_label` string: Name of the service
  - `service_code` string: Code of the service, to use as `service_type` when creating the fulfillment
  - `amount` string: Estimated amount, fees included, formatted with the currency
  - `public_amount` string: Public (list) price, fees included, formatted with the currency, or `0.0` when unknown

- `404`: Order Not Found.
