`GET /api/v2/workflows/templates/{templateId}`

  - `id` string: Unique identifier of the template
  - `name` string: Name of the template
  - `description` string: Description of the template
  - `category` string: Category of the template (e.g. User Management, Security)
  - `dsl` object: JSON definition of the workflow DSL

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized - authentication required
- `404`: Template not found
- `default`: Generic error response
