`GET /api/v2/saas-management/applications`

Retrieve a paginated list of applications for the organization

    - `access_restriction` 'NO_ACTION' | 'WARNING' | 'BLOCK' | 'DISMISSIBLE_WARNING' | 'DEFAULT_ACTION': Access restriction type
    - `custom_restriction_message` string: Custom restriction message
    - `discovered_at` string, date-time: Application discovery timestamp
    - `restriction_excluded_group_ids` string[]: List of excluded group IDs
    - `discovery_source_types` string[]: Distinct discovery source types for accounts linked to this application (present when `expand=discovery_source_types` is requested). Possible values are: BROWSER_EXTENSION, JUMPCLOUD_SSO, CONNECTOR, JUMPCLOUD_DEVICE, LICENSE.
  - `totalCount` integer: Total number of applications available
