# Create Duo Account

`POST /api/v2/duo/accounts`

## Request

Registers a Duo account for an organization. Only one Duo account will be allowed,
in case an organization has a Duo account already a 409 (Conflict) code will be returned.

## Response `201`

- DuoAccount
  - `id` string, required: object ID
  - `name` string: Duo application name.
  - `readOnly` boolean: When true, the credential is governed by the primary organization and cannot be modified.

- `403`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Not Found
- `409`: Conflict
- `500`: Internal Server Error
