`POST /password-vault/credentials/excel/import`

Import credentials from a standard Excel template.
Send `Content-Type: application/octet-stream` with a JSON init line
(`ImportExcelInit`, excluding organizationObjectId) terminated by newline,
followed by the raw Excel file bytes streamed as chunk payloads.
