`POST /v2/workspaces/{workspace_id}/ownership/opt-out`

## Request

Opt out of revenue splits for this workspace.

Adds caller's profile_id to workspace.member_opt_outs.
Idempotent: already opted out returns 200 OK.
Caller must be a member of the workspace's team.
