# Update Team

`PATCH /v2/teams/{team_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.jubjubapp.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Update a team's details.

Requires TEAM_EDIT permission. The split fields also need FINANCIALS_EDIT,
and from an agent key they pass agent_split_guard (give, never take, unless
the key carries the splits permission).

  - `default_split_mode` string, nullable: equal | custom | no_distribution
  - `default_custom_splits` SplitEntry[], nullable: Custom splits (required when mode=custom, must sum to 10000)
    - `member_ref` string, nullable
