`POST /v2/meta/{product}/deauthorize`

The person removed JubJub in Facebook or Instagram. Their tokens are
deleted and the connection is disconnected now; what was waiting on it
is stopped and they are told (in the background, after Meta's answer).
Imported content and records stay, so a reconnect picks up where it was.
