# Delete Content

`DELETE /v2/contents/{content_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.jubjubapp.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.jubjubapp.com/v2/contents/{content_id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Delete a content and all associated resources (cascade).

Deletes: Content + PlatformConfigs + Media (GCS + DB) + cancels active Launches.

If the content has pending/scheduled launches:
- Without `?force=true`: returns 409 Conflict
- With `?force=true`: cancels all active launches (including Cloud Tasks) and proceeds

Access: the row's creator, or CONTENT_DELETE permission on the parent
workspace. The creator clause exists for workspace-less rows (imports,
Farcaster casts), which have no parent workspace to hold a permission on.

## Path parameters

- `content_id` string, required

## Query parameters

- `force` boolean: Force delete even if there are scheduled launches
- `confirm_asset_break` boolean: Acknowledge that deleting a tokenised piece breaks the underlying asset an x402 buyer paid for. INDEPENDENT of `force`: that one cancels scheduled launches, this one accepts the asset break. Neither implies the other and both may be required.
