Daily analytics fetch for all published content.

Designed to be called by Cloud Scheduler once per day. Works inside a
wall-clock budget and queues a continuation of itself when rows remain.

## Query parameters

- `hop` integer: Continuation hop. 0 is the scheduled run; each hop the run queues for itself carries one more.
