## Request body

- FillFieldRequest
  - `field` string, required: 'title' | 'description' | 'tags'
  - `content_id` string, required
  - `workspace_id` string, required
  - `platform` string, nullable: Platform identifier (e.g. 'youtube', 'tiktok'). Optional. When omitted, the platform-agnostic template is used.
  - `current_value` string, nullable: The user's draft for this field, if any.
  - `content_context` object, nullable: Caller-supplied context override. Keys: title, description, tags, transcript. When omitted, the server fetches what it can from contents_v2 + media_metadata_v1.
  - `tone` string, nullable: Voice / tone hint. Reserved for later iteration; default 'creator' for now.
