  - `available` boolean: True only for an imported agent with an endpoint whose control was proven at import
  - `external_endpoint_url` string, nullable
  - `control_verified_at` string, date-time, nullable
  - `updated_at` string, date-time, nullable

- `404`: Agent not found (or not operated by the caller)
