# GET /public/v1/webhooks

`GET /public/v1/webhooks`

List outbound webhooks visible to the caller: their own PERSONAL webhooks plus every WORKSPACE-scoped one. Paused webhooks are included with isActive=false. Optionally scoped to one workspace.
