`POST /create-support-ticket`

## Request body

- SupportTicket
  - `subject` string, required
  - `description` string, required
  - `name` string: Required when no JWT is presented
  - `email` string: Required when no JWT is presented
  - `bundle_id` string: Optional support bundle ULID to attach. Must be accessible to the current user.

## Response `200`

Success — returns Hubspot ticket id (may be null if Hubspot is unconfigured)

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request — missing or invalid fields
- `404`: Attached bundle_id not found or not accessible
