# Create PDN

`POST /subscription/pdn`

## Request

Sends the mandatory pre-debit notification(s) to the customer ahead of an execution.

## Request body

- CreatePDNRequest: Sends pre-debit notifications ahead of execution. client_id sits at the top level; notification items are wrapped in a pdns array.
  - `client_id` string, required: Client identifier.
  - `pdns` PDNItem[], required
    - `subscription_refid` string, required: Subscription reference ID the notification relates to.
    - `amount` string: Notification amount.
    - `note` string: Free-text note.
    - `executionDate` string, required: Scheduled execution date/time (YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss).
    - `merchant_txn_no` string, required: Merchant transaction number for this notification. Confirmed snake_case (supersedes an earlier camelCase merchantTxnNo seen elsewhere).
    - `send_email` 'Y' | 'N': Trigger an email notification for this request.
    - `send_sms` 'Y' | 'N': Trigger an SMS notification for this request.
