`POST /subscription/mandate/list`

## Request

Paginated listing/search of mandates.

## Request body

- ListMandateRequest
  - `page` integer, required: Page number (1-indexed).
  - `limit` integer, required: Page size.
  - `status` string: Filter by mandate status, e.g. ACTIVE.
  - `from_date` string: Range filter start (YYYY-MM-DD).
  - `to_date` string: Range filter end (YYYY-MM-DD).
  - `search` string: Free-text search.

## Response `200`
