# Generate Token

`POST /platform/generateToken`

## Request

Issues the bearer token used for all subsequent authenticated calls.

## Request body

- GenerateTokenRequest
  - `client_id` string, required: Merchant/client identifier issued by JPSL.
  - `client_secret` string, required: Secret key issued alongside the client_id; also used as the HMAC key for secureHash generation.

## Response `200`
