Page of podcasts

- ListPodcastsResponse: Page of podcasts. Use the `Link` response header (`rel="next"`) to paginate.
  - `data` Podcast[], required
    - `author` string, nullable, required
    - `created_at` string, required
    - `description` string, required
    - `episode_count` integer, required: Number of episodes that belong to this podcast.
    - `episode_order` 'episodic' | 'serial', required: Episode ordering: `episodic` (standalone) or `serial` (sequential). Always returned lowercase.
    - `host_ids` string[], nullable, required
    - `id` string, uuid, required
    - `image_url` string, nullable, required
    - `languages` string[], required
    - `primary_category` string, nullable, required
    - `rss_feed_url` string, nullable, required: Public RSS feed URL. Null while podcast visibility is private.
    - `secondary_category` string, nullable, required
    - `title` string, required
    - `updated_at` string, required
    - `url` string, nullable, required: Public podcast website URL. Null while podcast visibility is private.
    - `visibility` 'public' | 'private' | 'unlisted' | 'null', nullable, required: Visibility. Always returned lowercase.

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation failed or malformed request.
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: Authenticated, but this API key does not have access to this resource.
- `404`: Resource not found.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded. Response includes `Retry-After`, `RateLimit`, and `RateLimit-Policy` headers (IETF draft).
- `500`: Internal server error.
