# Delete Product by ID

`DELETE /v1/products/{productId}`

## Request

Delete a specific Product in your workspace by ID.

## Path parameters

- `productId` string, required

## Response `200`

Product deleted

- ProductDeleteResponseDto
  - `requestId` string, required
  - `resource` string, required
  - `deleted` boolean, required

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request. May be missing required inputs or may have badly formatted inputs.
- `401`: Unauthorized access to the workspace.
- `403`: Product IQ is not enabled for this workspace.
- `404`: Not found. The product does not exist in your workspace.
- `500`: Internal server error. Unable to delete product.
