`POST /v1/marketplace/api/twitter-user-lookup`

## Request

Resolves a Twitter or X username to a public profile with a read-only X API v2 lookup; no account mutation. Same backend as x-username, under broad buyer wording.

## Request body

- FederationResourceInput: Parameters for the target resource, forwarded verbatim upstream. The accepted fields differ per resource; list them with GET /api/marketplace/apis. Sending an empty object returns a 402 quote for that resource.
