Receipt OCR. Reads any receipt photo and returns a structured JSON object with vendor, address, date, line items (qty / unit_price / total), subtotal, tax, tip, total, and payment…

## Request body

- FederationResourceInput: Parameters for the target resource, forwarded verbatim upstream. The accepted fields differ per resource; list them with GET /api/marketplace/apis. Sending an empty object returns a 402 quote for that resource.
