Generates SFW podcast cover art: square cover concepts, guest episode art, channel thumbnails, and audio-show campaign visuals. Same Venice-backed image-generate backend.

## Request body

- FederationResourceInput: Parameters for the target resource, forwarded verbatim upstream. The accepted fields differ per resource; list them with GET /api/marketplace/apis. Sending an empty object returns a 402 quote for that resource.
