`POST /v1/marketplace/api/pdf-compress`

## Request

Shrinks PDFs to a smaller size for email or the web, with three quality levels: ebook (lowest, web-quality), printer (medium), prepress (highest, archival). CloudConvert engine.

## Request body

- FederationResourceInput: Parameters for the target resource, forwarded verbatim upstream. The accepted fields differ per resource; list them with GET /api/marketplace/apis. Sending an empty object returns a 402 quote for that resource.
