`POST /v1/marketplace/api/ocr`

## Request

Runs OCR on scanned PDFs and image-based documents, returning clean Markdown or plain text. The Datalab Marker engine preserves layout, tables, and math. 30 pages max.

## Request body

- FederationResourceInput: Parameters for the target resource, forwarded verbatim upstream. The accepted fields differ per resource; list them with GET /api/marketplace/apis. Sending an empty object returns a 402 quote for that resource.
